I just learned of this and it is VERY cool. If you know you have pages in the supplemental index, that is a problem in itself. Knowing which pages would make your life easier.This cool hack will show all your pages in Google that are in the supplemental.
All you need to do is enter site:yourdomain.com *** into Google. Make sure you place a space between the end of your domain name and the 3 *

is that really so bad to be in the supplemental? i have lots of pages in the supp, more that 1000, but i still have good rankings on top keys (top 5 at 7 millions). i can see lots of big websites in the supp. even mr-seo is in the supp for a few dozent pages.
