I addressed this briefly in my last podcast. Outsourcing to India, though affordable, can damage your business and your creditability. Recently I was a victim of copyright infringement. An SEO company in India was stealing my content from my home page. I have spoken with other SEO companies that claim this happens to them on a regular basis. Why is that?
It could be that since English is a second language there, they know they can’t write copy as well. They figure if they steal well written content it will give you a good first impression. Once they have your money, it doesn’t matter what happens or if the content is well written or not.
